There are so many ways to embrace the things of God in our lives, but we still do not embrace it. We are so fearful of all the the things that could go wrong that we miss-out on His blessing in our lives.
Thus we do not really trust in Him, He is not really our source of life and we have not truly accepted Him as Lord, God and King of our lives!
You and I need to accept our hunger and thirst for God by spending time with Him. This is the only way to quench that thirst…
Holy One of heaven and earth!
If I could only comprehend this,
put it into simple words.
If I could only word my desires,
truly know its source.
Come O Holy One, come!
Fill me and flood me,
with Your living waters.
I need You more than ever,
to quench my unquenchable thirst.
Be my source, be my life,
as I put my trust in You.
Be my Lord, God and King,
lead me and guide me
to Your Holy hill of Zion.
Holy One, open my eyes and ears,
I want to hear and see You this day,
to follow You as sheep a Shepherd.
Thank You Lord for Your mercy and grace,
for I have found rest in your embrace.

Daily life never change, but we have the opportunity to be changed and to change…
Why do the nations rage,
And the people plot a vain thing?
The kings of the earth set themselves,
And the rulers take counsel together,
Against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying,
“Let us break Their bonds in pieces
And cast away Their cords from us.”
He who sits in the heavens shall laugh;
The Lord shall hold them in derision.
Then He shall speak to them in His wrath,
And distress them in His deep displeasure:
“Yet I have set My King
On My holy hill of Zion.”
“I will declare the decree:
The LORD has said to Me,
‘You are My Son,
Today I have begotten You.
Ask of Me, and I will give You
The nations for Your inheritance,
And the ends of the earth for Your possession.
You shall break them with a rod of iron;
You shall dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel.’”
Now therefore, be wise, O kings;
Be instructed, you judges of the earth.
Serve the LORD with fear,
And rejoice with trembling.
Kiss the Son, lest He be angry,
And you perish in the way,
When His wrath is kindled but a little.
Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.
